does I need transit visa at Guangzhou Baiyun Airport?

Hello, I am going to travel to Philippines to attend medical conference. Trip will pass through Guangzhou airport as a transit for five hours, and i will move in the airport only from terminal 1 to terminal 2. Does I need to get transit visa? Please, I am waiting your answer
