About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Transit visa. I’ll be flying into Beijing from the US and staying 2 nights.

Then flying to Hong Kong to catch a cruise. During the cruise, we’ll stop in Shanghai and will re-enter China for an excursion. Do I need a travel or will a transit visa work?

USA > Beijing > Hong Kong is considered one transit. Hong Kong > Shanghai depends where you go next.
