You are advised to take a train from Shenzhen to Zhangjiajie Railway Station. After arriving, take the direct tourist buses to Wulingyuan from Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station. You shouldn't miss Yellow Stone Stronghold (Huangshizhai), Golden Whip Stream, Yuanjiajie and Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon (Class Bridge).Have a nice trip!

I am afraid not. There is no direct flight or high speed train. Only normal speed train operates between these two places.
