Flying from Finland to Shanghai via Moscow (transit) from SH to Estonia via Moscow (transit)

Is it possible to use 144 hours rule? I'm bit confused whether it's working or do Chinese authorities look transit both ways via Moscow as Russia-China -Russia trip? or Finland-China-Estonia trip?

Markku, your travel route is Finland - Moscow - Shanghai - Moscow - Estonia, right?
If yes, it is impossible to use 144 hours visa free policy.
