About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

xian and shanghai stops

I want to catch a flight (because it is cheap) from Paris to Xian (3hr stopover) and fly onwards to Shanghai where I will be catching a cruise ship to Singapore. According to the country A-B-C rule I can't do this without a visa???

You can do this if your cruise leaves the country within 24 hours after your scheduled arrival in Xi'an. You need a visa if it's more than 24 hours.
