About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Intinary question

Hi,

I would like to know whether I would be eligible to the 144-h twov with the following itinery:
Amsterdam to Shanghai with a layover in Xiamen of a few hours, i.e. two flights that is AMS to XMN and XMN to PVG
Then stay 144 hours in Shanghai then go to third-country
