Nanjing South Train Station same as Nanjing South Railway Station?

Hi. Planning DIY itinerary and researching online. I'm confused. South Train Station is a metro station. South Railway Station is where the high speed train CRH is. These two stations are not the same, am I right? Are they near each other and how is the travelling time? Thank you.

NJ South Train Station is a metro station close to the South Railway Station. People can take metro line 1, line 3, line S1 or line S3 to South Train Station first. Then walk to the South Railway Station directly.
