About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

We are traveling from LAX to Bangkok...

We are US citizens travelling to Thailand on flight that stops in
Guangzhou (CAN) on China Southern. We are only stopping over for 3.5 hours and not leaving the airport. What documents do we need to board plane in LAX in regards to China layover? We have US passports. Thanks in advance.

You can apply for 24h twov in Guangzhou, and you need show your passport and onward ticket to Thailand for applying it.
