About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Visit visa. I am a Permanant Residence of Japan.

Dear
In past have visited China more than 10 times, now I have a invitation letter from a business unit in China but it’s a simple letter with their stamps etc, not from a government agency. What to do? How to get an official invitation letter which is acceptable for application. Please guide.
Thanks
Khan, NIIGATA, Japan.

You can ask the unit to apply the invitation for you from any of these units: Municipal Foreign Affair Office, Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Foreign Economic Relations & Trade Commission, International Trade Promotion Commission or Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau.
