I'm a Sri Lankan Passport holder holding Permanent Residency Visa for Japan. I plan in travelling to Tokyo through Shanghai. The transit is 33 hours. Do I need a transit g for China? If not, will I be allowed to leave the Airport and do a short sightseeing tour?
