About:Shanghai Public Transportation Card

Can I buy Ordinary Shanghai Public Transportation Card?

My flight to PVG is early morning and I am sure that the SPTC counter doesn't open yet. So I would like to ask if there is a SPTC Machine that I can buy the card and recharge the money at Putong airport terminal 2. If no, what your suggestion to buy this card is. please kindly advise.

As I know, there is no SPTC Machine at the airport. Thus you are advised to purchase it in downtown metro stations' service center. In addition, there are several ATM at PVG that you can exchange some money.
