About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

Hi! I am a Spanish guy who will travel from Seoul to Beijing (I will stay 4 days in BJ)

And then will travel from BJ to Mexico. Am I eligible to stay in the 144h hours free visa? Thanks!!
