Can a Chinese citizen become a US resident or permanent US resident and keep her Chinese citizenship

I plan on marrying a Chinese lady this year First we marry in china then I apply for a 130 spouse visa as her US sponsor she then comes to the US and applies for a 485 adjustment of status visa while waiting for the 130 visa to be processed She also applies for a 131 travel doc so she can go to china and US if she needs to She has companies in china owns a few houses and assets from investments so she don't want to be a US citizen being china don't allow dual citizenship I understand she can be a US resident or permanent resident so she don't give up her Chinese citizenship Did I inform her correctly about this? As a US resident from china only, not a US citizen can she still get a green card
