About:Entry Regulations of China

law or regulations of China post Or China Customs

Hey.
Bought on Aliexpress Power Bank, Power Bank broke almost immediately, opened a dispute, Aliexpress decided - "return of goods".
Now I need to send the Power Bank back to China.
I was told that it is not allowed to send lithium batteries and goods with battery inside to China at all.
If during the processing of the mail will be discovered lithium battery, the goods will be destroyed and the sender will not be entitled to compensation.
The sender may also be held liable.
Is it true that China has such a law?
Can you give me a link to the law or regulations of China post Or China Customs where it says the battery can't be sent to China?

Thanks in advance for the answer!

Hi, the link is not allowed to post here but the China Post do not accept the power bank transportation in most time. There is no clear regulation that power banks or lithium batteries are prohibited but there is rule that In flammables & Explosives Strictly Prohibited and power banks sometimes can be regarded as one of them. However, there is no law in China customs but it can only be transported by sea, which is very slow. So maybe you can contact other express companies to deliver it.
