About:Chinese Consulate in Brisbane

permanent resident in China on Australian passport, where to apply for visa?

Have been living, working and studying in China for many years with no address outside of China. I have given up my current address is in China. Where do I apply for a Chinese tourist visa to visit people in China for longer than 6 months?
