About:Beijing Capital International Airport Maps

Hi, my sister have connecting flight from Philippines to Beijing then Beijing to Canada.

Does she need to collect her baggage then check in again? And How far is the arrival area of T3 to Departure area of T3?

No, she don't need to get the luggage and re-check them. In addition, the distance is not far. She can just walk to there. There are many detailed English signs at PEK that can show her the right direction. Don't worry.
