About:Marriage Registration in China

Permanent residence .

Hi. Someone said no matter How long you are married to a Chinese Citizen you will never be able to get Permanent residence. Can you confirm that please ?

As I know, if your annual stay in PRC is more than 9 months and have stable and secured living status and place to live in China, you can apply for the permanent residence permit.
