About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

I am a permernant resident of Canada, Thailand passport with Canadian P.R. card

I will be traveling from Toronto to Thailand via Shangai, China in Transit about 3 hours and while returning from Thailand to Toronto via Shangai, China in transit for 4:10 Hours, Do I require a transit visa.

No. You are eligible for free transit in Shanghai in both ways.
