About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

John

Hello! On this 24 TWOV do you need to register with the authorities (like with the 72 & 144 hr visas), or is this exempt as on this transit the individual is moving on to another country and unlikely to be leaving the airport? I have a 3 hour layover in Beijing on my way to South Korea.

No need to register if you are doing the 24 hour transit. Especially considering you aren't spending the night.
