About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

John in the UK

Hello, is it possible to get the 144 hour visa-free transit TWICE during one month?
For example, UK-SHANGHAI-HONG KONG (6 night stay in SHANGHAI). Then one week stay in Hong Kong. Then HONG KONG-SHANGHAI-LONDON (6 night stay in SHANGHAI)? I checked online but did not find any relevant official advice. Many thanks, John.

Yes, it is possible. There is no limit on how many times visa free transit schemes one can enjoy within a certain time frame, so your both journeys are definitely and undeniably eligible for 144 hour visa free transit in wider Shanghai area - twice.
