Change hotels when using 144 Hour Visa Free Transit in Shanghai?

Hi, we want to spend a couple of days staying at Shanghai Disneyland then move to a downtown Shanghai hotel for the rest of the trip. Is this allowed when using the 144 hour visa free transit? Looking at the pre-arrival form you can now complete it looks like there is a space for only one hotel?

Our routing qualifies for this so it would be a shame to have to pay for a visa.
