Z Work Visa - need 2 years' work experience notarised and legalised?

Hi,

I have a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise set up in China.

I would like to employ someone from the UK to work in China.

I understand most of the procedure. However, does she also need to get 2 years' work experience notarised and legalised by FCO for a work visa? Or does she not need to do this?

This is very expensive to do so if you could advise me either way that would be great!

Thank you

As I know, she needs to do that. If you doubt that, you can contact the visa office to inquire.
