About:Chinese Embassy in Costa Rica

Question about fees

I am planning a trip to China in April. I am a legal resident of Costa Rica, but a US citizen travelling on a US passport (my Costa Rica citizenship is pending). Do I pay the CR fee or the US fee for my visa?
