About:China Private Visit Visa

I have a Z visa I want to bring my fiancé and my son

Will it be a problem considering that we are not legally married? But we have a son together? Please help me . I just need to know that my fiancé can come here with our son .

Your son can apply for S type to stay with you in China. You are advised to contact the visa office to inquire if your fiancé can apply for it too. If not, he can apply for visit L type.
