About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello! I am traveling from Vancouver, Canada to Auckland New Zealand.

I have a stopover in China which looks includes a domestic flight from Zhengzhou to Chengdu. So my itinerary is Vancouver to Zhengzhou to Chengdu to Auckland. With total time between arrival and departure in China of <24h.
My question is... Do I need a chineese visa to be able to get on my second flight or will I be ok to travel through China in <24hrs twov.

As long as it's under 24 hours between scheduled arrival in Zhengzhou and scheduled departure from Chengdu then you can do the 24 hour direct transit. Otherwise you will need a visa.
