Can I get the 72hs twov? Or I need to apply for Visa ?

24/72/144h twov is just introduced in Mainland China not in HK or Macau.
You have to check if you need a visa for HongKong if you travel on a argentinian (?) passport but many countries can enter HK for up to 90 days without a visa.
