How to get china Visa if tourist? We will go to Macau first then guanzhou

I need requirements on how to apply. Our itinerary is we will arrive at macau stay for 3nights and a 1 night in guangzhou then off to hongkong for deoqrture. How much is the fees for PH passport holder and a Canadian Passport holder? Is it same visa to use if we will enter shenzen on the other day? Please answr asap. Thanks! :)

If you apply for tourist L type from your Chinese embassy, first, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with 2 passport-style photos, your passport and its photocopy, round trip air tickets and hotel reservation, your travel plan, bank statement, tax certificate, identity card, as well as other documents the consular officers consider necessary. Next, submit the application to the embassy. You may need to pay PHP1400 per person, and the Canadian needs PHP3500. You can use this visa to visit Shenzhen.
