Regarding 144 visa free visit at Shanghai

Hii there, i am indian resident traveling from india to Auckland. I want to visit Shanghai as i have 16 hours stay at Shanghai airport. Can i get this vida free entry to shanghai? Please advise

Are you an Indian passport holder? If yes, you cannot enjoy the 144 hours visa free policy. You can only enjoy the 24 hours visa free.
