I'm a Liberian citizen currently studying in china. I'm going to Liberia for visit on the 21st of Ja

I'm a Liberian citizen currently studying in china. I'm going to Liberia for visit on the 21st of January; but i have to pick-up from Hong Kong airport. Do i need entry permit? Even though I'm not spending 1 day in Hong Kong.

You need a transit visa even when you are not entering HK. As HK immigration cannot process a visa in under 4 weeks your only choice is to change your flights.
