About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144hr visa ?

Flying from UK- Netherlands-HK (stay 5 days) then train to Shanghai ( stay 3 nights) then fly from Shanghai to Netherlands then to UK . Do I need a 144 hr twov and where will I get it ?

That's possible with 144-hour TWOV only when you are traveling on the Kowloon-Shanghai direct train (i.e., the slow, overnight train, not the high-speed train).
