About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

hallo please help us
from Coenhagen(home) - shanghai 1 day in Shanghai
Shanghai - Hainan 8 days in Hainan
Hainan-Hongkong 1 day in hongkong
Hongkong - Copenhagen with a 2h stop in Shanghai. Do we need entry permit?

For the first part you need a visa as you can't take advantage of the Hainan VOA as you don't come in by a interntl. flight.
If you would fly from HK to Hainan you could get the VOA but as you arrive from Shanghai you need a chinese visa.
For your return flight you're fine for the 24h twov.
