How can I find out in English what will be playing at the Guangzhou Opera House in March 2019

how do I book tickets and how do I book a tour of the building?

Well, its official website only has Chinese version. Thus you are advised to ask help for the hotel staff or Chinese friends. They can book the tickets for you in advance. Or try to dial 4008-808-922 to book the tickets or tour.
