hello,
according to your list of non-eligible countries for twov, uzbekistan is fine to get 24h stay permit, which is not valid. i bought ticket with >16h layovers in beijing both directions to be able enjoy the city, because read this information on your website. it is not up to date. according to the chinese passports authorities, i, as an uzbek citizen, have to spend this time in transit zone. it’s not the best time in my life. in order to avoid future travelers confusion, it could be very helpful to include uzbekistan in the list of non-eligible countries.
