About:China Transit Visa

I am Indian passport holder traveling from Los Angeles to Delhi I will be in transit in pek for 3 hr

Per my knowledge, if you have one drop in china and your duration "in" china is less than 24 hours then you will not need a visa. If you have multiple drops in china even though your duration in china is less than 24 hours, you need a china visa. May be a transit visa will work.
