About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Dear Sir/Madam, Cruise

We will be cruising in January / February 2019 to China. 


This is our route


2 days in Singapore

1 day at sea

2 days in Thailand

1 day at sea

1 day at Vietnam

1 day at sea

1 day at Vietnam

1 day at sea 

2 days at Hong-Kong

2 days at sea

1 day at China


The ship will leave from Singapore 20 january. It is a 15 day cruise in Asia. We all live in the Netherlands with the dutch Nationality.

Do we need a Visum for this cruise? Or can we rely on the 144 hours twov Waiver?

It depends on your port of call in China and where you will be going after arrival.

I will arrive in the port of Shanghai. After a stay of 3 days we will fly to Holland with a stop in Austria.
