What time shall I start to leave downtown Zhengzhou by Taxi? Is 6:30 am OK?

In general, you need to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours in advance between the flight departure. Thus, it will be ok for you to start off from downtown area at 06:30.

Thank you very much for your quick reply. One more question: will the traffic from downtown to airport be busy on Monday Jan. 7? If there is a traffic jam, how long will it take (more than one hour to two hours)?

Well, generally speaking, the traffic jam won't be serious at that time. Maybe it will take more time. Prepare 1.5 hours on the way will be ok.
