Arriving from SIN 4th Jan 2019 at 14:50, depart to Germany 10th Jan 2019 at 11:20 am

I am arriving from Singapore on 4th Jan 2019 at 14:50 and plan to depart to Germany 10th Jan 2019 at 11:20 am. I start counting from 00:00 the following day, 5th Jan - and calculate that I have to leave China before 23:59 on 10th Jan - so I am OK with the 144-Hour Free Transit. Is my calculation correct?
