About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

I'm arriving in Kahtmandu on the 4th and was hoping to get a Visa into China/ Tibet for a 7 day trip

by the 19th. Coming to the embassy there on the 5th is that doable?

You can try to go to the embassy there on the 5th. If you want to visit Tibet, you are supposed to find an agency to help you get the Tibet entry permit.
