Visa processing. My flight is on December 30.

I went to the office on December 24, but was told that they we're closed because of the holiday. The quickest time I can come back is December 26 which is Wednesday. I have to pick up my passport and visa on December 28 which is Friday. In this case, will I be able to get my passport and entry permit on time? Will the express or rush service be available for me?
