About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Regarding Family reunion residence permit

Hi,
May I if it is possible as an alien in China with 1 year Family reunion residence permit to be an investor or a director in a registered company in China? Thanks.

It's possible for you to do that. If you are worried, you can contact the local PSB to confirm before you do that.
