Q1 VISA. Hello my spouse is Chinese

what’s is the steps and requirements I will need to submit as I want to move my kid brother to join me here

To apply for a family Q type, the required documents include your passport, the application form, 2 passport-style photos, health certificate and the copy, bank statement, an invitation letter and copy of the inviter's passport and Chinese ID, as well as the relationship certificate, and other documents the consular officers consider necessary.
