Shortest way to reach Nanshan District from Guangzhou

As I am new to Shenzhen.Kindly help to share the shortest way to reach Nanshan District from Guangzhou via. Train? I have to go to Southern District of Scientific Park, Nanshan District from Guangzhou.
Please share me the steps to reach there from Guangzhou(Tiyu Xilu)

Take metro line 1 to Gongyuanqian Station and transfer to metro line 2 to Guangzhou Railway Station. Take a bullet train from Guangzhou Railway Station to Shenzhen Railway Station first. Then take the metro line 1 and get off at Shen Da Station, Exit C. After arriving, take a taxi to the destination.
