About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Do I need a china visa for the following itinerary:

arrive Sinapore 5/21/19 via plane, take cruise ship 5/25/19 leave singapore
arrive Hong Kong 5/30 depart 5/31/19 arrive at Shanghai 6/3/19 at 6am depart Shanghai via plane 6/6/19 5pm thank you Steve D

If the next stop after Shanghai is not HK, you are able to use the free transit. No visa will be needed.
