How can i travel from guanzhou east railway station to guangzhou airport with my 25kg luggage...

I could like to know how to travel from guangzhou east railway station to guangzhou airport in metro train with my 25kg luggage and hand bag...
I dont know Chinese is it easy travel in metro without chinese language...
