I believe I am eligible for 144-hr Transit Visa, but want to double-check.

I arrive at Shanghai PVG at 06h45 on Dec. 30, then depart for Bangkok (from PVG) on Jan. 5 at 23h00. This makes my total time in Shanhai 160-hours 15-mins. From the information above in "How to count layover time of 144-hours," it seems to me that I do not need a visa. Is this the case?
