About:China Visa Application Requirements

Family reunion visa

I’m Ukrainian, my husband is American , he has Z. We got married in HK. What documents do I need to apply for spousal visa ? Medical check , passport, copies , photos. What about Hk marriage certificate? Does it need apostille / translation/ legalization or Any other notary?

In your case, you can apply for S type. Usually, you need to provide passport and the copy, passport-style photo, a completed application form, an invitation letter from your husband and copy of his passport and Chinese residence permit, as well as your marriage certificate and others. Yes, it need to be authenticated by the public notary office.
