We have plan to go MtEmei on 31Dec - 1 Jan . Is it working day?

How about the temperature , Is it possible to travel ? or too cold?

Yes, it will open at that time. It is a little cold and the temperature ranges -5C to 5C. It may snow at that time and there are some snow entertainments.
