Chinese visa for Georgian citizen studying in Lithuania

Hello, I am a Georgian citizen. I need to apply for the entry permit of China, can I apply and get it in Lithuania while studying in Lithuania, or do I have to get it in Georgia? I do not have the residency permit of Lithuania, I am here for a month. Thanks in advance

If you have valid visa or enter permit record in there, you can try to apply for the Chinese visa from the embassy in Lithuania.
