About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Georgian Passport holder

Hi, I am Georgian citizen and Austrian resident. On my way back from Japan to Europe I want to use this route:
Osaka - Shanghai - Rome via China eastern. Alternatively this route: Osaka - Beijing - Amsterdam via China Southern The connection is 18 hr in both cases, am I eligible for 24 hr transit visa free policy ?
