About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Visiting Hong Kong but planning a visit China

Hi. I am a New Zealander. I will be visiting Hong Kong for 8 days which I don't need entry permit for but I am planning to visit Guangzhou province for 2 days and maybe a separate shopping day at Shenzhen. Will I need a double entry visa into China as I plan to return to Hong Kong before going on a separate trip to Guangzhou? If I get a double entry visa into China from NZ before I leave for the trip will I need to apply for anything else when traveling to Shenzhen if it is only for shopping?

Yes best to get double entry visa. Shenzhen has VOA but it will add time and cost over what it would be to get double or multiple entry before traveling to China
